In case we sent you the wrong product, or the product is faulty, or if you changed your mind after paying, will be happy to accept returns free of charge, provided that:
Products are returned in the original packaging
The package was never opened, i.e. is sealed,
The product shows no sign of usage,
The stamped invoice is attached,
*Condition doesn’t apply for faulty (defective) products.If the returns criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return.
We will not refund any delivery and assembly costs you have paid in case you requested to return goods already delivered to your home, And based on our evaluation of item condition we will refund the product value.
At any time, MAS SOFA BED reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
You have up to 14 days to return it.
The 14-day policy is not inclusive of our indoor and outdoor furniture line which includes (Sofas, Chairs, Beds, and Tables).
Please note that items are not returnable in the case of
- Damage caused by misuse or signs of wear and tear
- The product has been used, purposely altered, or assembled
- Products you wish to exchange for a different color or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).
- Please return your non-furniture products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Original invoice must be included as well as any accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.
Furniture Return policy and Delivery deferment
Return Policy
You have 24 hours after you place your furniture order of full flexibility to cancel the order or to make any changes in style, color, or dimensions. In the case of cancellation within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
Within 7 days of placing your order, if you’d like to cancel it you will receive a 50% refund of your payment.
After 7 days of placing your order, you cannot amend or cancel the order.
Furniture products are eligible only for replacement exclusively in the case of manufacturing defects.
Delivery Deferment
You can request to receive your furniture products up to 3 months after you purchase the order. Please note that you need to pay 100% of the payment to be able to receive the order at a later date than the original delivery date, Storage fees will be 500 EGP per Month per item.
Refund & cancellation policy
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
- 3% handling fee applies on canceled orders made through a credit card.
- If your product matches the conditions above, please call our customer service they will walk you through the process of shipping the product back to us through MAS SOFA BED truck.
- Don’t worry; we are happy to pay for the shipping expenses.
- Please be informed: products that have been returned without calling our customer service will be shipped back to customer.
- Please note that if the product returned does not match the conditions above, it will be rejected and will be shipped back to you.
After approval by our After Sales department, you will be able to proceed to:
- exchange your order with another product or
- get a refund, in the form of Voucher or bank transfer.

- In any case, the return request must be executed within 14 days after delivery.
- Some products have an extended return/exchange policy that can go up to 30 days.

Purchases that are not refundable
- Used bedding (i.e. bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillow-tops)
- Any mattress or stuffed and upholstered products without a law label
- Cut meter fabrics.
- Assembled / disassembled items.
- Open sofas.
- Made-to-measure items (Customized products).
- Products that have been modified, altered or washed.
At any time, MAS SOFA BED reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification.
